For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. This email is not an order confirmation. Your order is accepted only when we send a confirmation email with shipping details.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are displayed in US Dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx. Delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS. Delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment.

4.4 Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays. We are not liable for any delays in delivery.

4.5 Failed Deliveries

If delivery attempts fail because of incorrect address information or your unavailability, additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible:

• Items must be in original, unworn, and unwashed condition
• All original tags must be attached
• Items must be packaged in the original packaging

5.2 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Include your order number and item details
3. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions

5.3 Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

5.4 Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect returned items. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5.5 Exchanges

For exchanges, the replacement item ships after we process your return. If the new item costs more, you will be charged the difference plus shipping. If it costs less, we will refund the difference.
