Shipping Information

We are proud to ship our products worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order before it is shipped.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes:

  • Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx):
    • Cost: $12.95
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping (EMS):
    • Available on all orders over $50.
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment.

Please Note: The delivery times mentioned are estimates and may be subject to delays due to customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchange process.

Timeframe & Conditions:

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Must be in original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
  • All original tags must be attached.
  • Must be packaged in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

For reasons of hygiene and safety, the following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

  • Insoles & Accessories
  • Hats
  • Belts
  • Any item marked as “Final Sale” on the product page.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

Please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Include your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.
  3. Ship Your Return: Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging. Clearly write the provided RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship your return to our address:

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received the wrong item) or the product is defective.

Refund Processing:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s):

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) within 5-7 business days.
  • Please allow an additional 3-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchange Processing:

  • Your requested replacement item will be shipped once we have received and processed your return.
  • If the new item is of higher value, you will be charged the price difference plus any applicable shipping fees.
  • If the new item is of lower value, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.
