Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of your receipt of the order. All returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Insoles & Accessories
  • Hats
  • Belts
  • Swimwear (if applicable, though not currently in menu)
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Please follow these steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
  3. Our team will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
  4. Package the item(s) securely in the original packaging, include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package, and ship to our returns center at:

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s):

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our returns center.
  • Your refund will be credited to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account (typically 3-10 business days after we process the refund).
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchange Processing

For exchanges:

  • We will ship your requested replacement item once we receive and process your return.
  • If the exchange item is of higher value, you will be charged the difference plus any additional shipping fees.
  • If the exchange item is of lower value, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.
