Finally, I have found a shoe that doesn’t cause pressure on the top of my instep. I haven’t been able to wear numerous Clarks, Rockports, and ECCOs due to this problem. Additionally, this shoe looks great, and is extremely comfortable. I wear Superfeet insoles in all my shoes, but have yet to need them in these. I am a very satisfied customer…Thanks J&M and Zappos!

Simply Amazing Shoes –
I received these shoes, put them on and kept wearing ever since. It’s amazing. No breaking in, no getting used to them – feel like slippers. Seriously, it’s a magic. I have a wide foot and usually have to choose between 9W and 9.5W. But these shoes turned to be true their size. And shipping was lightening fast.

I bought these on the recommendation of a friend and am very pleased! These were very comfortable right out of the box and have even gotten a little better with a few days wear. I’m now going to get them in the other two colors. Great looks and great comfort are pretty hard to beat.
As always…Zappos service is absolutely top notch. I ordered these shoes at about 9:00 p.m. at night and had them in my hand at 11:30 the next morning…with no shipping charges! I just can’t imagine better service than I get from Zappos.

Very comfortable shoe out of the box. Also, high quality construction throughout, I love the lining. I’m not real crazy about the looks, the toe is a little unusual to me. I see other’s comments about these being perfect with khakis or jeans. I agree they are great with khakis; too dressy for jeans in my opinion.

I never knew of Zappos until my daughter told me of its assets. Over the past 3-4 years she and I have ordered dress and casual shoes as well as sliders, beach shoes, and purses. I have three colors of the JM Shuler Bike shoe. It is one of the most comfortable shoes I have owned. I am on my feet from 7am until 8-9pm daily and my feet never feel tired due to the comfort of the shoes. I wear an orthotic inside the shoe with no feeling of tightness. I also receive compliments from men and women about the style and appearance of the shoe. Thank you.

I bought the Shuler Bike for my 24-year-old son, who is starting his first post-college job in a major metro area, where he will be doing a lot of walking. He says the shoes are very comfortable, and likes that they also look stylish, so they are fine for an office work environment. They do seem to run a little big. We first ordered his usual size, but had to return them for a half size smaller to get a correct fit. Zappos’ service was, as usual, outstanding on both orders.

Second purchase of shoe; bought in all colors: dark brown/tan/black. Very comfortable, lamb skin lining very nice. Great walking shoe and stylish as well. Had problem with a couple squeaking in the sole (after warranty expired of course), but I still went back and bought 3 more pairs. I have a wide foot; these provide great comfort and contemporary style, for a relatively inexpensive price! I walk continuously for at least 6 hours a day. Enjoy.

I have huge feet! So buying nice shoes that fit can be challenging. These shoes rock, super soft leather and excellent detailed stitching. Very comfortable, however I find that the shoe runs a little small. I wear a 15w in NB, but had to swap for a 16w which was not a problem; I was amazed at how fast the shipping was. Overall, great shoe. Will buy another pair in a different color. Excellent service, cant go wrong shopping at Zappos!

Johnston Murphy shoes are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn! If you have difficulty finding a comfortable pair of shoes ….my advice is give Johnston Murphy a try! This is my third pair of JM shoes that I have owned. (I paid nearly $300 for my first pair at the mall and they were worth every penny. I wore the first pair for years and had them re-soled three times!) The Shuler bicycle shoe has a great look, beautiful stitching, high quality leather and is extremely comfortable. This shoes is a 10 in my book. Give any Johnston Murphy shoe a try and I promise you will be hooked!

J&M shoes are worth every penny. My 4-5th pair in last five years. These are very comfy and supportive shoes. Good for everyday biz casual and for nightly casual dress. Good arch and soft leather. Only a day or two break-in time. Fit true to sizing.

Really comfortable shoes. A bit on the heavy side but they fit me fine. They wrap the foot but don’t feel tight. Excellent arch support. My left foot is smaller than my right foot so I tried shoes from several other brands but none felt as good as this one. I walked in the rain today and my foot stayed dry. The pattern on the shoe may be a matter of taste but you will be hard pressed to find as good a shoe for this price.

After 1 year these are my go to shoes for comfort and style when traveling. We go to Europe twice per year and my wife walks my legs off. but these are very comfortable and they look great. They are lightweight with moderate arch support. They are very durable. I just ordered a second pair in another color.

My first pair of J&M. I did not buy these from Zappos (although I love Zappos) I have very bad, very large feet. Overpronate horribly. Have limited mobility with my Achilles on my left with recent surgery to correct. I bought these in a 14 and they feel every bit as comfortable and supportive as my best athletic shoe. They look great, have aged great and I am just completely blown away by how nice a dress shoe can feel. They look like a shoe that I would need to go up in size (to accommodate my orthotic inserts) but they are true to form and feel great.

A very comfortable and well-made shoe. The workmanship is beautiful inside and out. Very stable shoe with good side support, and with very soft and comfortable sheepskin lining inclluding the padded foot bed. The rubber soles have just enough flex and are slip resistant. I have a narrow heal but wide transverse arch and usually wear a 10.5 E or EE. These only come in D width so I ordered 11D. Thes fit perfect!

Wanted a shoe for a night at the club or for dating kind of all around shoe, this was a tad more shiny than I was hoping but would still work. Well made shoe, but I haven’t worn outside house due to the size running way large, posted this to warn others. I wear 10.5 in most shoes, ordered same on this one and it seems at least a full size larger. Now I am stuck not knowing what size to reorder.
