Very comfortable! Usually, I wear size 11. Had to exchange for 10s. They fit perfectly. I like that they include both stretchy laces and regular laces.

Absolutely too narrow. I wear a 10 to a 10.5 in all shoes. Normal width. Got a 10.5 here and couldn’t even get my foot in even when I took out the laces completely. But they were a little longer than normal so I can’t even go up a size. They need a wide version because they look amazing. But unless you have abnormally narrow feet do not buy.

I wear J&M all the time. These were extremely too small and tight across the top. Went up a half size on the exchange and still way too tight. Cut my loses and went to another brand.

In just two days, these have now become my favorite pair of shoes. As other reviewers have mentioned, the shoe is narrow, but I decided to give them a chance to break in first. When putting them on for the first time I needed a shoe tree. They currently fit like a pair of loafers, I am unable to lace them up; however, this is really what I wanted. After two days they have stretched some and fitting much more comfortably. My last few pair of comfort / design shoes have not hit the mark. Some of those I purchased here on Zillow. I am happy to return to a great pair of Johnston and Murphy – my consistent true love.
