Great but big. I ordered a 6 and they are more like an 8 or 10. Unfortunately I didn’t have time to send them back before my trip.

I ordered these in a size 4 because I have a 27 inch waist and your size chart says the size 4 has a 27.5 inch waist. Imagine my surprise when they arrived, I tried them on, and they almost fell off. I then measured the waist and found what you’re calling a 27.5 or much waist is actually a 30 inch waist.

Not only are Dickies THE most comfortable shorts I’ve ever owned.. they help to keep me cool and so easy to care for. No dryer necessary! They dry so quickly. These are the perfect shorts to pack in a suitcase.. no wrinkles!
My only complaint is Why aren’t there more color choices??

Fits at knee like in picture. Runs big. Bought a size 6, it fits like a size 8. I will have to wear a belt (reason for 4 star). Not lined on the inside which would mean it doesn’t ‘stick’ to you when you sweat. LOTS of pockets which is what I needed. Mesh front pockets. Velcro back pockets. Snap side cargo pockets.

Hey, landscaper here, one who despises wearing pants to do so. These shorts, have been my answer to hot sweaty sticky work days. They breath in the heat, great stretch, COMFY…the only reason I rated a 4 is cause I need more pockets for work. Otherwise, total 5 in my books.

I bought these in a size 4 for my daughter. She usually wears a 4-6. Upon arrival they literally fell off of her. The website measurements say a 4 is 27.5 in. The 4 I received measured 32 in, which according to their size guide is a size 12!!! I order 4 pair
and they are all like this. So the smallest size they offer is a size 4 that is 32 in??

Please on the shorts that I ordered make the pockets deep enough to hold a phone. By the picture with them being cargo pants I thought they would be. I think women can have functional, stylish shorts/pants and still have pockets that a phone can be carried in. Is the objective style? Otherwise I like the shorts because of the fabric and fit. I will keep them but not order another pair because of the pocket situation. If men’s pants/shorts fit I would buy them because of the practical pockets that hold items. I don’t like to have a purse hanging from me or fanny packs or stuff s phone in the back pocket to hike or work in. I hear this same issue I stated from many women. Thank you for listening.

Very comfy! Size 8 fits perfect for me, so I’d say these run true to your size with a slight bit room in the waist but nothing a belt won’t fix!

These shorts are lightweight, fast-drying and comfy. They are a step above gym shorts, but still appropriate for walking and hiking. The fit is a little generous, but probably not a full size large. The pockets have secure closures, which prevents loss of items, but slows access to a phone, etc. I am very pleased with them.

While shorts are great, it is hard to find white work shorts as I am a painter and boss would prefer white. Can this become an option, please? I bet many other women painters would love it too!

Not true to its size. I was very exited about this purchase. For about a week I received emails to rate the purchase when in fact I haven’t received the product. Finally received the item it was very small. I normally size 12 which I ordered. When I wanted to try it on it wouldn’t pass my thighs so disappointed.
