For reference I’m 5’3 – 5’4 and weight approx. 115 pounds. I ordered a size 4R (I usually wear size 3-4 in women’s pant) and these fit nice. The leg length was a bit longer than I anticipated (past ankle) but will be perfect with shoes on. There was a bit of extra space on the waistband and thighs (I wear a belt) so if you are more curvier, these will fit great!

These are just what I was looking for! Great quality with a modern fit. I was scared off because of the name, thinking it was a “work” brand and not appropriate as a dressy work khaki pant but I was very wrong. I’ve been struggling to find khakis from places such as GAP, Old Navy, etc., they are constantly out of stock. I am glad they are always out of stock because that gave me an opportunity to stumble across Dickies Brand! These are soft khaki’s and a slight flattering flare bootcut that look great with heels for work! I have to admit that I did unstitch the Red Dickies Tag on the bag of the pants as that did make the khakis look cheap. It easily came off. I highly recommend these. I normally wear a size 4 Short in jeans and khakis but for these, I had to go with the 6 Shorts, which is no big deal. A+!
